wishes to immigrate to New Zealand needs to apply

Residence entitles you to live, study and work

If you are outside New Zealand when you apply, you
should apply for a Residence Visa at our accredited
New Zealand consular or diplomatic office. If you are
inside New Zealand when you apply, you should apply
for a Residence Permit to your nearest New Zealand
Immigration Service branch office.
