Lynx Enhancement

These are patches and definitions enhances Lynx. Note that they are based on ver.2-5, and may not be applied newer version.

My Patches

lynx2-5-emacskey.patch: same as Lynx2-4 and before, make ^P or ^N key to move off form fields if you set emacs keys: ON.
lynx2-5-pipe.patch: adds "Pipe the file" entry to "Printing Options" menu that output to stdout of specified command.
lynx2-5-ip_no_proxy.patch: enables no_proxy configration by using IP address.
LYMessages_ja.h: japanese massages support. use this insted of LYMessages_en.h.
This file currently based on Lynx2-5FM 08-12-96 version.

is patch to pick up some messages that enbeded in C code, and add them to LYMessages.h as "#define" macro.

I've trying catalog support. These message files are currently available.

This patch requires lynx2-5-msg.patch.

lynx2-5-sony_news.patch: patch to make Lynx2-5FM-960711 (or earler) on SONY NEWS-OS. ONLY tested on 4.2.1R. by masuda@sp.hudson.co.jp (Kazuya 'Sharl' Masuda).
960717 version includes this patch, so you should not apply this on the version or later.
userdefs.h.j: outputs japanized message. On Lynx2-5FM 071896 version and later, messages are in LYMessages_en.h, not in userdefs.h.
